Our signing process is simple. Bluem's user-friendly and versatile signing service for small and large businesses is intuitive. The signer knows exactly what to do. 1-2-3 and done. Manage all your important documents in one secure place.
1. Upload document and attachments
You select the PDF, add the parties who need to sign the document, and place the fields within the document. These can be a text field, signature box, checkbox, or radio button. Optionally, you add an extra authentication method.
Next, you define the document name, select the language, and set the signing deadline. Should we send automatic reminders? You also decide the content of your invitation and confirmation messages. Of course, all of this can be done fully automatically via our API.
2. Start with signing
Start the signing process. You send the contract for signature via email or SMS. The signer receives an invitation message on their mobile or PC in your brand style and clicks the link to view your document. The recipient can get started immediately. An intuitive arrow guides them through it quickly.
The recipient may be requested to provide information, explicitly agree to terms, or attach a document. If an authentication method is linked, they will also be directed to the bank for iDIN verification. Once all parties have signed, a confirmation with the signed document will be received.
3. Signed contract with evidence package
We document the process on a verification transaction receipt. The digital signature (electronic seal) assures you that the originality of the document, including protected attachments and its signing by parties, can be mathematically and independently verified from us.
This gives everyone immediate access to all the legal proof of the valid transaction.
